Returns of products charged to the Ilectron store.
The customer has the right to return the products purchased from this online store at a charge of the store Limniatis Dimitrios in the following cases:
1. If by the fault of the store you received the wrong products (by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment etc). In this case, the customer may either refuse to pick up the product from the beginning or request a refund. The products should be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition.
2. If, through the fault of the Limniatis Dimitrios store, products of poor quality were sold (damaged during transport, defective product, etc.). In this case, the customer may either refuse to pick up the product from the beginning or request a refund. Returned products should be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and free no wear. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition. In addition, in case the customer does not return the product then, a new product will not be sent to him and the customer will have to place a new order / purchase. The product should be returned in the delivered condition.

In both cases, the maximum return period may not exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Returns of products charged to the customer.
The customer reserves the right to return the purchased products, free of charge and without the obligation to announce the reason for which he wishes the products to be returned, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. The products that the customer wishes to return must be in the exact same condition in which they were received, ie without being unsealed or their packaging has been violated. In case of return of the products, the refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer, will be completed within 30 days from the date that the store Limniatis Dimitrios will receive the returned products.
The return can be done with his credit bank account of the customer, which will be notified to the store Limniatis Dimitrios in time and in writing.

General:
In any case of product return, the customer is obliged to deliver intact and in excellent condition all the documents that accompanied the product (eg Invoice Receipt, Retail Receipt, marketing material or any other promotional material, etc).
